Our Salmon Platters are the ideal entree for entertaining a large reception. Several large trays should be enough to serve an entire banquet. We recommend calling ahead of time to see how many you may need before ordering. Ideally, we require at least 2 or 3 days notice to be able to facilitate larger orders. Again, this item may only be ordered from our online store if you are local to the Portland, OR area. We provide delivery service on larger party tray orders.
